Dr. Do is amazing! I have been going to her for years and her treatment plan has blown me away with the results. She was able to achieve a smile I never dreamed I could have, with the freedom to be able to eat like I never was able to before I started treatment with her. The staff is warm and welcoming .It always feels like I am seeing old friends when I come in for a appointment. I have had a more complicated treatment plan and she was able to pass every expectation I could have had.

Awesome dentists. Everyone is kind and professional. They do keep their office uncomfortably cold. I need a couple blankets when I go there. I really appreciate their scheduling flexibility. I have health issues and they've been very gracious about rescheduling when I've been ill.

Supergood experience

Update in March 2023 My wife got her new insurance, gave it to the clinic, and she got some work done on her tooth. Everything is good and she is happy. The third time is the charm. Great job Sunrise Dental 🙏 ===== In the Past ===== Update 11/26/22 My wife had some work done on her front tooth at this clinic, but it doesn't seem like they did it right because the filling pushed against her gum, making it painful, and the white puffs grew on her gum line. The staff was able to get her in right away. She went there for the second time, they did some work, and now it's getting worse (same tooth). The pain eases for a short period, but now her gum swells up, and there are white puffs on the gum. I called Saturday morning and hoped to talk to someone about it. No one picks up the phone or returns my call. So, the wife has been taking pain killer and hopes someone will return the call and be able to get her in next week. They are pretty good about scheduling you once you leave a message. 11/29/22 Tammy called back and was able to get her in on Tuesday around noon. While waiting for the new insurance arrived, the wife was charged $75 for new X-rays and close to $1,100 if they were to perform the same work, removing excess filling from her tooth. I guess someone else performs the work on her tooth initially and left the company so it's not guaranteed. The wife decided not to get it done for the third time. ===== Original Review ====== I've been coming to Sunrise Dental in Federal Way for years now the staff has always been fantastic. The office is in a beautiful building complex, and they keep it clean. Doctor Do, Tammy, Megan, and Nuon take care of my dental work every year. If you need good dental work, this is the place.

When I first called to schedule an appointment I spoke with Megan she was very welcoming and informative. As I paid for services to be done on my fiancé I was made to wait outside they would not give me a mask I left mine at home and they charge for them I asked if they could give it to me like gratuity because i was paying 150 cash for services why not just include a mask insurance paid 500,Tammy the clinic manager said no she could not provide me one I would have to wait outside for my receipt.She then gave me back my change and I asked her why she was so rude on the phone when I called to say we were outside for our appointment and just now with the transaction I asked who scheduled me and she said she could not tell with the system. She then closed the door on me as I was trying to speak about me scheduling an appointment she said your not being seen for services and shut the door on me. I then called the office because my fiancé is still getting services so I liked Megan’s help so much I didn’t want to let Tammy stop me from going to a good dentist if she is just the 1 person stopping it all I’d rather just deal with someone else. Tammy told me no one else was available for my call and told me have a nice day and hung up. I called back and got Megan and explained to her that Tammy would not let me speak to someone else or help at all I do not want to deal with Tammy she did not need to treat me this way as a person scheduling for services.If I go in for services I will tell the dentist about this if it is privately owned because to conduct customer service in that manner is not right. I’m also 6 months pregnant so being treated that way was not ok and I hope they really get a new clinic manager who can help patients with services and concerns and not just shut the door or hang up on them especially after I paid for services. Other than Tammy we are appreciative to the dentist who was able to work on him today and the rest of the staff.

Best Dentist I Have Ever Been To.. Hands Of An Angel

If I could give a 🔟 🌟 ➕ I definitely would! From the minute I walked into the door to when I left I was treated like part of the "gang"! The receptionist, the girl who did my x-rays, & the dentist were all 💯% AMAZING! I don't do alot of reviews, however when I feel a place has that "old school' atmosphere of treatment I have to acknowledge that & give them a thank you. I didnt feel like just another number & they took the actual time to give me their undivided attention. We came up with a treatment plan to fix my smile & i couldn't be happier. It feels good to have found a dentist office I can make mine!

Every time I have an appointment, I’m always seen on time. Staff is out of this world and very good at what they do. From the front office to the back!

My son and I have been coming here for a few months and they’ve been great every time and I will continue to come here. They work with me to only do what my insurance will cover and schedule me on their sought after Saturday’s. Only problem I have with them was a “broken appointment” bill I got in the mail.I know it’s pretty common practice to bill for appointments not kept but I wasn’t told they did that (probably hidden in the fine print of something I signed which is also pretty common) and I don’t remember scheduling the appointment and I’m usually pretty good about keeping them. They also usually call with a reminder, but they didn’t this time. The appointment was in December (apparently) and I had just saw them a month or 2 before that so I don’t know what it could have been for. Again, My son and I enjoy coming here and will continue to do so. There’s either a disconnect in communication or a misunderstanding of some kind but either way, still like the service.

I have walked in with no appointment, and they were able to see me right away!

I absolutely dislike going to the dentist because every time I went while in the service they were brutal on my teeth. I have been going here since my wife recommended it. They are very gentle on you and make you feel very comfortable. they fully support patients satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone. There staff is Outstanding. Will be going back soon. had my teeth cleaned there today.

My children and my self had a great experience on our visit. From the Front Desk to the back Staff Are were very Welcoming. Lupe and Sandy, Dental Assistant's were Awsome and Professional. Dr. Do, really sweat and caring. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come and check them out.

Sunrise Dental of Federal Way made me feel very welcomed on my first dental visit to them.. right away I knew I was referred to the right dental office as soon as I walked in and was greeted ..trust me when I say they are not rude or eyeball rollers ..NICE RECEPTIONIST!! Office is very clean .. beautiful well kept up green plants and a friendly staff .. I highly reccomend them!! I'm from Chicago and need some major work done on my grills. I was referred to this office and am very happy to let them work on me..THANK YOU SDOFW!! LOVE MAMA LUCY

20 years ago I had went to a “bad” dentist for what should’ve been normal routine work but he burned me causing permit damage to my cheek, and lip causing scars not only physical but emotional anxiety when going to a dentist. Needless to say I went to this office with more apprehension and anxiety than one should ever possess. From the minute I got there and each visit everyone of the staff has been amazing, understanding, and down to earth. Dr Doe is absolutely amazing, unselfishly goes above and beyond to insure you have what is best for you. Nothing nor nobody could take away all the anxiety during a dentist visit but if anything came close it’s them. I can’t thank them enough An added bonus it’s not the “normal” dentist so you are bound to hear jokes flying around

My husband and I with our 2 kids just left our appt today. Originally I thought this was going to be a bad idea. The staff was so welcoming and was able to get us in quick. When they finally took us back, we got started right away. The last dentist we went to my daughter was screaming her head off the entire time. When we got her in the chair she preferred to sit with me. The assistant that helped us was very friendly and my daughter seemed very comfortable around her. It was really easy getting her teeth cleaned. My son was very easy too. Even when the dentist checked my daughters teeth, she did it without screaming her head off. While my husband and I were getting our teeth done, my kids were walking in and out of our area and the staff was very accommodating and kept saying they understand how they are. Just overall my family and I had a great experience. We will definitely stay with this clinic. I would recommend this clinic!!! Thank you for your awesome service!!!!

I love going to sinrise dental in federal way. All the staff are wonderful and very helpful. When i need to clarify my dental insurance , Tammy invited me back to desk ask me sit down and took time from her busy schedule to make sure that I understood. She is wonderful. Dr. Patel and Dr. Dau are very professional and kind. I saw Dr. Patel that day and she did my cleaning and was very gentle and did not hurt me at all. I will continue to go back to the office and Dr. Patel. They all made me feel as if i was at their home. Thank you to all of the office staff and Dr.'s
